Due to extensive demand, our Waitlist is now CLOSED. We will reach out to you if additional appointment slots become available using the information you provide on the form. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take walk-ins at this event.

We will also use the information you provide to share details about future passport days hosted by Senator Warner's office and the Washington Passport Agency.

U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner has invited the U.S. State Department’s Washington Passport Agency to accept passport applications at the Northern Virginia Community College Annandale campus!

Agency employees will be on site to help Virginians submit their applications for new passports, or to apply for renewals of previously issued passports. We hope you will take advantage of this unique opportunity to submit applications in a convenient location! Advanced registration is required. Please see additional details below.

Appointments are required and capacity is limited. 

• Please register for an appointment on the right, where only one appointment holder per household is needed to register.
• Households that plan to bring more than 7 applicants, must make a second appointment.
• There is no cost to register for an appointment

After making your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and applicable passport fees. Please carefully read these instructions!

Please note that approved passports will be sent by mail to customers within 6-8 weeks (for routine service) or 2-3 weeks (for expedited service) of this acceptance fair.
